Safe Levels
If you keep within the safe levels of alcohol intake, you have a much better chance of avoiding the problems described in the effects of alcohol section. Here are the recommended alcohol levels:
If you are over 18:
| Male: Your safe levels of alcohol per week are 21. Your safe levels of alcohol per day are 3 |
Female: Your safe levels of alcohol per week are 14 Your safe levels of alcohol per day are 2 |
If you are under 18:
There is no safe level of alcohol for you. Even a small amount of alcohol might damage you body a lot.
